Welcome to CryptoSub. By using the Bot, you ("User" or "Server Owner") agree to the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Bot.

Overview

CryptoSub enables Discord server owners to sell access to their servers using cryptocurrency. These ToS govern the use of the Bot and its features.

Eligibility

By using the Bot, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.
  • You have the legal authority to engage in transactions using cryptocurrency.
  • Your use of the Bot complies with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Bot for:

  • Selling access to servers that promote violence, discrimination, or illegal content.
  • Circumventing Discord's Terms of Service or engaging in unauthorized modifications to the Bot.
  • Exploiting security vulnerabilities or interfering with the Bot's operation.

Payment and Transactions

  • Payments are processed in cryptocurrency, and all transactions are final.
  • The Bot does not offer refunds or chargebacks unless explicitly stated.
  • Users are responsible for verifying payment details before completing transactions.
  • We are not responsible for any losses due to incorrect payments, failed transactions, or wallet issues.

Service Availability

  • The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
  • We are not liable for any losses or disruptions caused by service unavailability.

Data and Privacy

  • The Bot collects and processes minimal data necessary for its function.
  • User data is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  • By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and storage of relevant transaction data.

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot if you violate these ToS. Termination may result in the loss of access to paid features without refund.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from Bot use.
  • You assume full responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency transactions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these ToS at any time. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
